Emergency Contact Information Entry
Added: 7/25/2025
Grace Presbyterian has a Disaster Response Team who monitors events that could impact our Grace Faith Family. Once a disaster response is activated, deacons are responsible for contacting each of the Covenant Partner households to determine if members of the household have been impacted. If such an event occurs, we want to be prepared, as a Grace Community, to come together and to support each other. The protocol is to establish contact with at least one adult at each household to ascertain their status, as well as potential needs. The information received is communicated back to the Disaster Response Team for triage and response. If a deacon is unable to establish contact with any of the adults living in the household, the next step is to reach out to an Emergency Contact (an adult who does not live in the household). The Emergency Contact should be an adult that would know your status during an emergency.
