  1. GRACE YOUNG ADULTS
  2. Grace Young Adults are busy and growing at Grace! Grace Young Adults exists to connect relationally to college and young professionals (ages 18-35 years) both single or married within the West Houston area. Our desire is for young adults to have a safe place where they can grow to know Jesus, be known in a deep community, and know themselves better. Here are some of the ways you can be a part of that! Contact Kaylie Baudin if you would like to know even more!

    g4: Known

  3. WOOD MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
  4. A longtime community favorite, The Dolores & Allan Wood Memorial Golf Tournament returns this fall, benefitting Friends of Westchase and ministries of Grace.

With Dolores by his side, Allan Wood spent countless hours over 20 years building this tournament into an opportunity for fellowship and a successful fundraiser. Allan’s hard work generated nearly half a million dollars for student missions during that time. The tournament honors his life and legacy.

  5. YOUR STEP MATTERS
  6. It is time once again to prepare our hearts for the coming season of generosity, which will begin this week. You've received a letter and pledge card in the mail, and now we look toward not only preparing budgets, but sharing our time, talents, treasure, and truth, together. During worship in the coming weeks, covenant partners will be sharing their stories of faith, allowing us to see how God is moving in the lives of our Grace family. Additionally, on Sunday, please pick up a candle with a prayer prompt to help guide you as you pray and listen for how God is inviting you to respond. Our church family will dedicate our offerings on Sunday, November 9, during worship. We hope you will be there for the celebration!

    Additional information is available HERE.

GOOD NEWS OF THE WEEK

We celebrate the things that we have offered to God that are bearing fruit-- We celebrate what God is doing!

One of the biggest joys in the life of Grace is celebrating the Sacrament of Baptism. We've been privileged to perform several baptisms throughout the year (and more to come)! Baptism is the sign and seal of God’s covenant of grace (His promise to be our God and have us as His people), reminding us that His love claims us, in Jesus Christ, long before we ever come to know this love personally. You can read more about baptisms at Grace HERE, or contact Sharon High if you would like to schedule a baptism.

THE BIBLE IN A YEAR UPDATES

Grace staff and covenant partners are reading right along with you! On Mondays - Thursdays, they share their thoughts, insights, and inspirations from the daily reading via video. It's a great place to go if you need a little reminder that you are not by yourself getting through the readings each week! The Word About The Word videos are posted on the Grace Presbyterian Church Facebook and Instagram pages each of those days, or you may access them HERE. You do not need a Facebook account to see the message.

HERE you will find a multitude of other resources to help you with the reading plan, including videos, podcasts, and articles to bring greater insight to what you have read. You will also find recaps and summaries of sections for times when you may fall behind. Keep up the good work!

WORSHIP THIS SUNDAY

If you are out of town or unable to be here to worship in-person this week, please join us online via livestream HERE.

The Bible in a Year continues this Sunday. We are basing the sermon series on the passages we are currently reading, this week looking into Deuteronomy 26:1-12. Also on on Sunday, we will celebrate the Lord's Supper, and will be encouraged again for our annual season of gratitude and giving. We will see you at 9:30!
